Transitioning into the adult life can somewhat challenging, but something that you can do to help yourself that is effortless is sleeping. Getting 8 hours of sleep every night is essential so you can wake up and be ready to go to work everyday. Your boss is not going to want a employee that is slouching or sleeping at work. You are going to want to make yourself irreplaceable at work, so by getting your rest, it will only help you in the long run.

With bad sleeping habits comes affects with social interactions. While adulting, you are going to want to be social in any way because you never know who will be there to help you or be a resource in the future. BB
